Section 8-B2204. PERSONAL PROPERTY ACQUIRED UNDER LEASE CONTRACTS

2204.1The University shall enter into lease agreements and arrangements for personal property when advantageous to the institution.

2204.3The University may enter into lease purchase agreements for personal property.
