Section 8-B3032. INSPECTION AND SITE EXAMINATION

3032.1The CCO shall make appropriate arrangements for prospective bidders to inspect the work site and to have the opportunity to examine data available to the University which may provide information concerning the performance of the work. The CCO shall assemble the data in a single place and make it available for examination.
3032.2The solicitation shall notify bidders of the time and place for the site inspection and date of examination.
3032.3The CCO shall make available to all prospective bidders in the same manner significant site information and the work performance data, including information regarding any utilities to be furnished during construction.
3032.4The CCO shall keep a record of the identity and affiliation of each prospective bidder’s representative who inspects the site or examines the data.
