Section 8-B3056. USE OF DISCRETIONARY FUNDING

3056.1Monetary gifts, endowments, charitable donations and bequests made to the University from individual or corporate sources shall constitute discretionary funding and shall not be subject to the requirements of these regulations.

3056.2The President or President’s designee shall develop a program for the use of discretionary funding that incorporates sound business decisions in the best interests of the University and shall be responsible for administering the University’s discretionary funding program.
