Section 8-B403. BUDGET DIVISIONS: EDUCATIONAL AND GENERAL

403.1The first division, Educational and General, shall be funded with income derived under this division and with funds provided by the District of Columbia.

403.2Any savings made in operation of this division shall be expended only at the direction of the Board.

403.3The Board shall also give due consideration to any loss that may occur in the operation of this division.
