Section 8-B423. TAX-FREE ALCOHOL

423.1The President shall appoint a person at each of the colleges of the University to sign or issue all applications and other required documents pertaining to purchase, storage, and use of ethyl alcohol free of tax at the designated college of the University and to do all other proper or necessary things in order that alcohol may be used at the colleges of the University free of tax.

423.2The Secretary of the Board may sign, in the name of the Board, all applications, permits, and other documents required to carry out the provisions of this section.
