Section 8-B501. FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION BASIC FOR DEVELOPMENT

501.1Facilities shall be constructed in accordance with the approved fiscal development plan for the University.

501.2Construction programs shall be implemented pursuant to applicable University policies.

501.3The University shall use professional services for the development of all capital projects.

501.4Services may be rendered by University staff or through consultant or agency support, as recommended and approved for each specific project as submitted in the annual program budget.
