Section 8-B504. FACILITIES RENOVATION

504.1All facilities shall be altered or renovated on the basis of program needs.

504.2Alterations or renovations in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($ 100,000) shall be subject to the annual approval of the Board.

504.3An annual budget shall be developed as a portion of the capital budget submission for all renovation projects which are considered to be permanent improvements requests.
