Section 8-B729. REFUND POLICY

729.1Students may withdraw from classes by filing a University approved form and paying the required withdrawal fee.

729.2Students who withdraw during the first five weeks of the semester are entitled to a refund of a percentage of their tuition depending on the week during which they file the withdrawal form as follows:

(a)Withdrawal through week I100%

(b)Withdrawal through week II80%

(c)Withdrawal through week III60%

(d)Withdrawal through week IV40%

(e)Withdrawal through week V20%

729.3Refund applies to tuition only. Fees are not refundable.
