Section 9-2007. ASSIGNMENT OF PETITION; SCHEDULING OF HEARING

  • 2007.1An incomplete or improperly filed petition shall be returned to the petitioner with an explanation of the reason for its return.

     

    2007.2Each complete and properly filed petition shall be assigned to a Panel.

     

    2007.3After assignment of a petition to a Panel, the Commission Chairperson shall schedule a hearing date.
