Section 9-802. RECORDS OF MOTOR FUEL RETAILERS

802.1A permanent record shall be maintained for one (1) year by the retailer of daily gross purchases, gross sales, and bookkeeping inventory.

802.2All records of the retailers shall be subject to inspection during usual business hours by the Deputy Chief Financial Officer or his or her representatives.
