DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD

NOTIFICATION OF CHARTER AMENDMENT

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (“PCSB”) hereby gives notice of BASIS DC Public Charter School’s request to amend its charter agreement to adopt the Performance Management Framework as its goals and academic achievement expectations beginning in SY2015-2016.  A public hearing regarding this item will be held on January 25, 2016 at 6:30 p.m.; a vote will be held on February 22, 2016 at 6:30 p.m.  To submit public comments, you may do so by one of the actions below.  All comments must be submitted on or before January 22, 2016.  For questions, please contact Laterica (Teri) Quinn, Equity and Fidelity Specialist, at 202-328-2660 or [e-mail].
