NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the requirements of D.C. Official Code Section 42-3171.03 (a)(1), the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled a public hearing on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at DHCD 1st Floor Conference Room,1800 Martin Luther King Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20020, to consider the proposed disposition of the following properties.

The above-referenced property was included in a Solicitation for Offers issued by DHCD to the general public on October 7, 2010. The above-referenced property was awarded to 2nd Street Community Partners, LLC, through a competitive selection process.
A copy of the property disposition agreement between DHCD and 2nd Street Community Partners, LLC, will be posted on the DHCD web site.
The public hearing is being conducted in order to assure that citizens are informed about the selling of the properties identified above to the named buyer, and to ensure that all citizens have the opportunity to present publicly their views concerning such sale.
