Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petition and/or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

Neighborhood restaurant/lounge featuring light snacks and recorded background music.  Seating for 44 inside the premises, sidewalk café with 12 seats and total occupancy load of 98.  No nude performances.
