ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.), hereby gives notice of the corrections to the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) as amended by a Notice of Final Rulemaking published in the D.C. Register  and issued by the District Department of Environment (DDOE) on December 30, 2011, at 58 DCR 11286.  The Notice of Final Rulemaking amended the District’s Volatile Organic Compound regulations located in chapters 1 and 7 of title 20 of the DCMR.

This Errata Notice corrects a typographical error in 20 DCMR § 730.9.  In § 730.9, a period (.) was omitted after the term, “et seq.” in the D.C. Official Code citation.  This Errata Notice corrects the error by adding a period (.) after “et seq.”  This change will not have a substantive impact on the regulations in its application or alter the agency’s intent.  No other changes have been made to the Notice of Final Rulemaking since it was published in the D.C. Register on December 30, 2011, at 58 DCR 11286.

The text of 20 DCMR § 730.9 is corrected in accordance with the intended text of the Notice of Final Rulemaking.
