ANC-2E X, Chapter 9, for a special exception under the R-use requirements of Subtitle U
§ 203.1(n), to allow the continued operation of a non-profit use in the R-19 Zone at premises 1623 28th Street N.W. (Square 1285, Lot 815).
WARD SIX
19355 Application of Stacey Selenfriend and Christopher Pharr, pursuant to
ANC-6A 11 DCMR Subtitle X, Chapter 10, for variances from the non-conforming
structure requirements of Subtitle C § 202.2, the lot occupancy requirements of Subtitle E § 304.1, and the rear yard requirements of Subtitle E § 306.1, to permit the location of multiple decks over an existing rear-attached garage in the RF-1 Zone at premises 600 9th Street N.E. (Square 913, Lot 800).

19377 Application of The Boundary Companies and The Missionary Society
ANC-5E of St Paul the Apostle, pursuant to 11 DCMR Subtitle X, Chapters 9 and 10,
for a special exception under the theoretical lot subdivision requirements of Subtitle C § 305.1, and the RA-new residential use requirements of Subtitle U § 421, and a variance from the vehicular access requirements of Subtitle C § 305.3, to construct 12 new buildings with approximately 78 one-family dwelling units in the RA-1 Zone at premises 3015 4th Street N.E. (Square 3648, Lot 915).

19381 Application of District of Columbia Public Schools, pursuant to 11
ANC-4A DCMR Subtitle X, Chapter 9, for a special exception under the penthouse
structure requirements of Subtitle C § 1504.1, to install rooftop equipment to an existing public school in the R-1-B Zone at premises 7800 14th Street N.W. (Square 2740, Lot 810).

19383 Application of 2027 Rhode Island Ave NE LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR
ANC-5C Subtitle X, Chapters 9 and 10, for special exceptions under the zone boundary
line extension requirements of Subtitle A § 207.2, and the closed court area requirements of Subtitle G § 1200.4, and variances from the zone boundary line extension requirements of Subtitle A § 207.2, and the drive-aisle requirements of Subtitle C § 711.6, to construct a mixed-use building with ground floor retail in the MU-4 and R-1-B Zones at premises 2027 Rhode Island Avenue N.E. (Square 4217N, Lot 3).

19384 Application of S&R Foundation, Inc., pursuant to 11 DCMR Subtitle X,
ANC-2E Chapters 9 and 10, for a special exception under the R-use requirements of
Subtitle U § 203.1(1), and a variance from the height requirements of Subtitle D § 1203, to operate a private school in the R-20 Zone at premises 1801 35th Street N.W. (Square 1297, Lot 852).

19385 Application of Shahid Q. Qureshi, pursuant to 11 DCMR Subtitle X,
ANC-5C Chapter 9, for a special exception under the R-use requirements of Subtitle U §
203.1(j), to operate a parking lot in the R-1-B Zone at premises 2200 Channing Street N.E. (Square 4255, Lot 28).
PLEASE NOTE:
Failure of an applicant or appellant to appear at the public hearing will subject the application or appeal to dismissal at the discretion of the Board.
Failure of an applicant or appellant to be adequately prepared to present the application or appeal to the Board, and address the required standards of proof for the application or appeal, may subject the application or appeal to postponement, dismissal or denial. The public hearing in these cases will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Subtitles X and Y of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations, Title 11. Pursuant to Subtitle Y, Chapter 2 of the Regulations, the Board will impose time limits on the testimony of all individuals. Individuals and organizations interested in any application may testify at the public hearing or submit written comments to the Board.
Except for the affected ANC, any person who desires to participate as a party in this case must clearly demonstrate that the person’s interests would likely be more significantly, distinctly, or uniquely affected by the proposed zoning action than other persons in the general public. Persons seeking party status shall file with the Board, not less than 14 days prior to the date set for the hearing, a Form 140 – Party Status Application Form.* This form may be obtained from the Office of Zoning at the address stated below or downloaded from the Office of Zoning’s website at: www.dcoz.dc.gov. All requests and comments should be submitted to the Board through the Director, Office of Zoning, 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 210, Washington, D.C. 20001. Please include the case number on all correspondence.
*Note that party status is not permitted in Foreign Missions cases.
