Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petitions and/or requests to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

This restaurant will serve Kabobs, salads and sushi. Seating capacity is 125. Total capacity is 125. This license has been in safekeeping since June 10, 2011. This is not a new license, but a transfer of ownership while in safekeeping and upon removal will start operating.
