NOTICE OF FINAL RULEMAKING
FORMAL CASE NO. 945, IN THE MATTER OF THE INVESTIGATION INTO ELECTRIC SERVICES MARKET COMPETITION AND REGULATORY PRACTICES
1. The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 2-505(a) of the District of Columbia Official Code, of final rulemaking action, amending Chapter 29 of Title 15 DCMR. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NOPR”) to amend these rules was published in the D.C. Register on April 3, 2009 at 56 D.C. Reg. 2596-2599. Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc., Constellation NewEnergy, Inc., and Constellation Energy Projects and Services Group, LLC filed one set of comments on behalf of all three corporate entities in response to the NOPR. The Office of the People’s Counsel also filed comments.
2. Final action adopting the amendments was taken on September 25, 2009, by Commission Order No. 15561. The amendments will become effective upon publication of this Notice in the D.C. Register.
