IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

 

October 2, 2012

 

 

                        

To confirm the reappointment of Ms. Ruthanne G. Miller to the Alcoholic Beverage Control

            Board.

 

            RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this

resolution may be cited as the “Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Ruthanne G. Miller

Confirmation Resolution of 2012”.

 

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

 

                                                Ms. Ruthanne G. Miller, Esquire

                                                3305 35th Street, N.W.

                                                Washington, D.C. 20016

                                                            (Ward 3)

 

as a member, and the chairperson, of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, established by D.C. Official Code § 25-201, for a term to end May 7, 2016.

 

Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this

resolution, upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

 

Sec. 4.   This resolution shall take effect immediately.
