Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant Annual Public Hearing

 

The District of Columbia Department of Health (DOH)/Community Health Administration (CHA) announces a Public Hearing of the Grant Advisory Committee on Friday, November 5, 2010, 10:00am-12 Noon at 825 North Capitol Street, NE, 7^th Floor, Room 7140.  The grant supports programs operated by CHA and community-based organizations including chronic diseases, primary care and access to healthcare.
