1759985 Errata Notice - Correction to 26 DCMR C § 2800.1.

ERRATA NOTICE

            The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.), hereby gives notice of the correction to 26 DCMR C § 2800.1.

            The Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking issued a Notice creating a new chapter 28 (Capital Access Program) in subtitle C (Banking and Financial Institutions) of title 26 (Insurance, Securities and Banking) of the DCMR.  In 26 DCMR C § 2800.1, a period (.) is missing at the end of the sentence.  This Errata Notice corrects this corrects this omission.  No other changes have been made to the Notice of Final Rulemaking since it was published in the D.C. Register on September 30, 2011, at 58 DCR 8364.

            The text in 26 DCMR C § 2800.1 is corrected in accordance with the intended text of the Notice of Final Rulemaking 58 DCR 8364 (September 30, 2011).
