Notice is hereby given that this applicant has applied for a license under the D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors who are entitled to be heard before the granting of such license on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 2000 14th Street, NW, 4^th Floor, Washington, DC 20009.   Petition and/or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the

NATURE OF OPERATION

New restaurant featuring bistro food and wood burning pizza.  Live jazz band during brunch on Saturday and Sunday.  No dancing, dance floor, or cover charge.  Seating capacity is 226.  Total capacity load is 299.  A Sidewalk Café with seating for approximately 56 patrons.
