IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

 

November 1, 2012

 

 

 

To confirm the reappointment of Mr. Bradley A. Thomas to the Child Fatality Review Committee.

 

 

            RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the “Child Fatality Review Committee Bradley A. Thomas Confirmation Resolution of 2012”.

 

            Sec. 2.  The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

 

Mr. Bradley A. Thomas

107 P Street, N.W.

Washington, D.C. 20001

            (Ward 5)

 

as a community representative member of the Child Fatality Review Committee, established by

section 4603 of the Child Fatality Review Committee Establishment Act of 2001, effective

October 3, 2001 (D.C. Law 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 4-1371.03), for a term to end July 14, 2013.

 

Sec. 3.  The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

 

            Sec. 4.  This resolution shall take effect immediately.
