IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

 

November 1, 2012

 

To confirm the reappointment of Ms. Marta W. Berkley to the Rental Housing Commission.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the "Rental Housing Commission Marta W. Berkley Confirmation Resolution of 2012".

            Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

                                                Ms. Marta W. Berkley
                                                3001 Veazy Terrace, N.W. #708
                                                Washington, D.C. 20008
                                                            (Ward 3)

as a member of the Rental Housing Commission, established by section 201 of the Rental Housing Act of 1985, effective July 17, 1985 (D.C. Law 6-10; D.C. Official Code § 42-3502.01), for a term to end July 18, 2013.

 

Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

 

Sec. 4.  This resolution shall take effect immediately.
