IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

 

November 1, 2012

 

 

To confirm the appointment of Mr. Justin B. Latus to the Child Support Guideline Commission.

           

 

            RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this

resolution may be cited as the “Child Support Guideline Commission Justin B. Latus Confirmation Resolution of 2012”.

 

            Sec. 2.  The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:

 

                                                            Mr. Justin B. Latus

                                                            622 7^th Street, N.E.

                                                Washington, D.C. 20002

                                                            (Ward 6)                                             

 

as the Child Support Services Division representative member of the Child Support Guideline Commission, established by D.C. Official Code § 16-916.02, for a term to end December 30, 2016.

 

            Sec. 3.  The Secretary to the Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

 

Sec. 4.  This resolution shall take effect immediately.
