IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

November 1, 2012

 

 

 

To approve, on an emergency basis, the reprogramming request of $1,271,500 from within the District of Columbia National Guard for repairs to the Oak Hill facility campus.  

 

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the “Reprogramming $1,271,500 to Pay-As-You-Go Capital Budget for the Oak Hill Facility Campus Emergency Approval Resolution of 2012”.

 

Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to section 47-363 of the District of Columbia Official Code, the

Mayor transmitted to the Council a reprogramming request in the amount of $1,271,500 from within the District of Columbia National Guard to the Pay-As-You-Go Capital Budget for repairs to the Oak Hill facility campus.  

(b) The Council approves the $1,271,500 reprogramming request.

 

Sec. 3. The Secretary to the Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Office of the Mayor.

 

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
