1813820 Errata Notice correcting subsections 1301.1 and 1303.1

ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.)), hereby gives notice of a correction to section 1301 (Notice of Proposed Solicitations) of chapter 13 (Publicizing Contract Actions) of title 27 (Contracts and Procurements) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR). 

 

This errata notice corrects the D.C. Official Code citation to the District of Columbia Procurement Practices Amendment Act of 2010 referenced in subsection 1301.1.  In the Notice of Final Rulemaking, the citation provided is:

D.C. Official Code §§ 2-354.02 and 2-354.03) (2011 Supp.).

The legislation is now codified in the 2011 Replacement Volume of the D.C. Official Code.  Therefore, this errata notice corrects the citation to read as follows:

D.C. Official Code §§ 2-354.02 and 2-354.03) (2011 Repl.).

This is consistent with the citation reference provided for in the preamble to the Notice of Final Rulemaking. 

Additionally, this errata notice also adds a closed parenthesis ( “)” ) after the D.C. Official Code citation so that the entire subsection reads as follows:

1301.1             An agency shall give public notice of a solicitation in accordance with §§ 402 and 403 of the District of Columbia Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. Official Code §§ 2-354.02 and 2-354.03) (2011 Repl.)) (Act).

Finally, this errata notice corrects the numbering in subsection 1303.1.  Rather than starting from the letter (f) and continuing to the letter (j), the paragraphs should have started from the letter (a) and continued to the letter (e).  This errata notice corrects the numbering accordingly

The text of 27 DCMR §§ 1301.1 and 1303.1 are corrected in accordance with the intended text of Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 58 DCR 5914 (November 11, 2011).
