ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.)), hereby gives notice of a correction to section 4408 (Billing Records) of chapter 44 (Submetering and Energy Allocation) of title 15 (Public Utilities and Cable Television) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR). 

 

This errata notice corrects a punctuation error and a spelling error in subsection 4408.2(b) as published in Notice of Final Rulemaking at 58 DCR 9521 (November 11, 2011).  As drafted in the Notice of Final Rulemaking, paragraph (b) reads as follows:

(b)               The calculation of the average cost per energy unit for the current month and the thirty-six (36) preceding months’ amd

 

The text after the term “preceding” should read be “months; and” so that the entire paragraph reads as follows:

 

(b)               The calculation of the average cost per energy unit for the current month and the thirty-six (36) preceding months; and

 

 

The text of 15 DCMR § 4408.2(b) is corrected in accordance with the intended text of Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 58 DCR 9521 (November 11, 2011).
