IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

To confirm the appointment of Mr. Donovan W. Anderson, Esq. as a member of the Alcoholic

Beverage Control Board.

 

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this

resolution may be cited as the “Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Donovan W. Anderson, Esq. Confirmation Resolution of 2015”.

 

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:

Mr. Donovan W. Anderson, Esq.

2516 34^th Street, S.E.

Washington, D.C. 20020

(Ward 7)

 

as a member, and the chairperson, of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, established by D.C. Official Code § 25-201, for a term to end May 7, 2019.

 

Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution,

upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

 

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
