Notice is hereby given that this applicant has applied for a new license under the D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the Roll Call Hearing Date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petitions and/or requests to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the Petition Date.  The Protest Hearing Date is scheduled for April 1, 2015 at 1:30 pm.

 

NATURE OF OPERATION

New contemporary American restaurant serving an A la Carte menu with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, featuring a lower level with fine dining, which offers a seasonal tasting menu.  Live entertainment may be provided for special events.  No nude performances. Seating is for 200 patrons and the total occupancy load is 550.  Sidewalk Café with seating for 20 patrons.
