NOTICE OF EXTENDED PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Stormwater Fee Discount Program
Notice is hereby given that the comment period on the Proposed Rulemaking for the Stormwater Fee Discount Program will be extended such that all public comments will now be due by 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2012. The presently proposed Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to amend 21 DCMR (Water and Sanitation), chapter 5 (Water Quality and Pollution) by adding sections 557 through 563 and changing and adding definitions to section 599, was recently published in the D.C. Register at 59 DCR 011569 (Oct. 5, 2012).
Comments should be clearly marked “Stormwater Fee Discount” and either (1) mailed or hand-delivered to DDOE, Stormwater Management Division, 1200 First Street, N.E., 5th Floor, Washington, DC 20002, Attention: Stormwater Fee Discount, or (2) e-mailed to sw.discount@dc.gov.
