Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petitions and/or requests to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

 

NATURE OF OPERATION

A casual restaurant serving roast chicken and lobster sandwiches to local residents with a seating capacity for 150 people.  Total occupancy load of 150. No nude dancing.
