ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.)), hereby gives notice of a correction to sections 5700 and 5900 of subtitle C (Medical Marijuana) of title 22 (Health) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR). 

 

This errata notice corrects the spelling of the term “medical” in the heading for section 5700 so that the section heading reads as follows:

5700                SALE AND PURCHASE OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA BY                                                    DISPENSARIES

Additionally, this errata notice corrects the punctuation error in subsection 5900.1(f).  The letter “b” in the term “basis” is mistakenly capitalized.  This errata notice replaces the capital letter “B” with a lower case “b.”
