Notice is hereby given for this licensee who has applied for a substantial change to his license under the D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and for objectors who are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 2^nd Floor, Suite 2000, 1250 U Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20009.  A petition or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.
