NOTICE OF FINAL RULEMAKING

 

FORMAL CASE NO. 712, IN THE MATTER OF THE INVESTIGATION INTO THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION’S RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

 

The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (Commission), pursuant to its authority under D.C. Official Code, § 34-802 (2001 Ed.), hereby gives notice of the repeal of Chapter 19 of Title 15 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.  A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to repeal this Chapter was published in the D.C. Register on November 5, 2010.[1]  No comments were received in response to the NOPR.  Final action repealing this chapter was taken December 22, 2010, by Commission Order No. 16114.  The repeal of this Chapter will become effective upon publication of this notice in the D.C.
