Notice is hereby given that this applicant has applied for a transfer of location of license under the D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the Roll Call Hearing Date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petitions and/or requests to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the Petition Date. 

 

NATURE OF OPERATION

Licensee is transferring from safekeeping, formerly The Williamsburg, to a new location at 2810 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. This establishment will serve fine cuisine and alcoholic beverages with a focus on wine and will occasionally provide live entertainment from bands or solo artists. Total occupancy load will be 78.  Sidewalk Cafe with seating for 4.
