Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petitions and/or requests to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

A fast casual restaurant serving pizza, wings, salads and similar fare with a seating capacity for 130 people and total occupancy of 180.  No entertainment.
