STATE HEALTH PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

 

 

Pursuant to 22 DCMR, Section 4302.1, the District of Columbia State Health Planning and Development Agency ("SHPDA") will hold a public hearing on the following certificate of need applications proposing to establish outpatient substance abuse treatment services:

 

• Destiny, Power and Purpose, Inc. - Certificate of Need Registration No. 10-7-1;

 

• East of the River Clergy, Police and Community Partnership, Inc. - Certificate of Need Registration No. 10-8-5;

 

• Serenity, Inc. – Certificate of Need Registration No. 10-6-2; and

 

• Samaritan Inns – Certificated of Need Registration No. 10-1-2.

 

The hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at 899 North Capitol Street, N.E., 2^nd Floor, Room 247, Washington, D.C.  20002.

 

Persons who wish to testify should contact the SHPDA on [phone] before 4:45 p.m., by Monday, March 7, 2011.  Each member of the public who wishes to testify will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes.  Written statements may be submitted to:
