ERRATA NOTICE
The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.), hereby gives notice of a correction to the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) as amended by Notice of Final Rulemaking (Notice) published in the D.C. Register at 59 DCR 2151 (March 16, 2012). The Notice amended 29 DCMR § 964. The term “beneficiaries” was misspelled in paragraph (b) of subsection 964.1. This errata corrects the misspelling accordingly. This change does not alter the meaning, intent, or application of the rule, nor have any other changes been made to the rule since publication.
