858079 Errata Notice - Correcting a misnumbering in section 8024 (Recommended and Final Decisionis)

ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559), hereby gives notice of the following correction to the text of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) which was amended by Notice of Final Rulemaking published in the D.C. Register and issued by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education and the Education Licensure Commission on March 18, 2011, at 58 DCR 2424.

This errata notice corrects a technical error in section 8024 (Recommended and Final Decisions) of chapter 80 (Postsecondary Degree Granting Educational Institutions) of subtitle A (Office of the State Superintendent of Education) of title 5 (Education).  Section 8024 consists of nine (9) subsections.  What should have been labeled subsection 8024.3 is improperly labeled subsection 2024.3.  This errata notice corrects this error by renumbering subsection 2024.3 as subsection 8024.3.

 

The text of chapter 80 of subtitle A of title 5 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations is corrected in accordance with the intended text of the Notice of Final Rulemaking.
