ERRATA NOTICE
The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.), hereby gives notice of a correction to the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) to correct the misspelling of the term, “facts.” In paragraph (b) of 17 DCMR § 4101.2(b), “facts” is inadvertently spelled “fats.” The letter “c” is omitted. This errata notice corrects this typographical error so that the entire paragraph reads as follows:
(b) State the facts or circumstances that form the basis of the complaint;
This correction is consistent to how the regulation appeared when the Notice of Final Rulemaking was published in the D.C. Register on September 11, 1987, at 34 DCR 5872.
