Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4^th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20009.  A petition or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

This licensee was approved for a sidewalk café; it was later determined that a summer garden rather than a sidewalk café will be at this location with seating for 25 patrons.
