Notice of Reprogramming Requests
Pursuant to DC Official Code Sec 47-361 et seq. of the Reprogramming Policy Act of 1990, the Council of the District of Columbia gives notice that the Mayor has transmitted the following reprogramming request(s).
A reprogramming will become effective on the 15th day after official receipt unless a Member of the Council files a notice of disapproval of the request which extends the Council’s review period to 30 days. If such notice is given, a reprogramming will become effective on the 31st day after its official receipt unless a resolution of approval or disapproval is adopted by the Council prior to that time.

Reprog. 21-177: Request to reprogram $4,500,000 of Capital funds budget authority and allotment within the Department of General Services (DGS) was filed in the Office of the Secretary on April 5, 2016. This reprogramming is needed for two projects, one for existing DC Public School (DCPS) project, Bancroft Elementary School (ES), and the other to create a new pool project titled “Early Actions Pre-K Initiatives”.

Reprog. 21-178: Request to reprogram $3,826,600 of Capital funds budget authority and allotment within the Department of General Services (DGS) was filed in the Office of Secretary on April 8, 2016. This reprogramming will be used to stabilize and modernize the field as part of the Garrison Elementary School (ES) modernization project.

Reprog. 21-179: Request to reprogram $4,300 of Pay-As-You-Go (Paygo) Capital Funds Budget authority and allotment from the Department of General Services (DGS) to the Local funds budget of DGS was filed in the Office of the Secretary on April 8, 2016. This reprogramming will support the cost of signs for Emery Heights Recreation Center.

Reprog. 21-180: Request to reprogram $458,653 of Special Purpose Revenue funds budget authority from the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) to the Pay-As-You-Go (Paygo) Capital Fund was filed in the Office of the Secretary on April 8, 2016. This reprogramming ensures that DDOT is able to complete project requirements (structural lining of the impacted sewer pipes) for the 11th Street Corridor Design/Build project and to fulfill the terms of the June 17, 2014 Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between DC Water and the District of Columbia.
