2323458 Errata Notice correcting the titles to 31 DCMR §§ 1006 and 1015.

ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.), hereby gives notice of a correction to the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) as amended by Notice of Final Rulemaking (Notice) published in the D.C. Register at 59 DCR 3158 (April 20, 2012).  The Notice amended chapter 10 (Public Vehicles for Hire) of title 31 (Taxicabs and Public Vehicles for Hire) of the DCMR.  At the end of section headings for sections 1006 and 1015, a period (.) was mistakenly added.  Titles in the DCMR do not have punctuation marks at the end of them.  This Errata Notice corrects this by removing the periods so that the section headings for sections 1006 and 1015 read as follows:

1006    DENIAL OF LICENSE AND REAPPLICATION

1015    REFRESHER TRAINING REQUIRED FOR TAXICAB OPERATORS
