Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4^th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20009.  A petition or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

 

LICENSEE REQUESTS THE FOLLOWING SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE NATURE OF OPERATIONS: 

Expand licensed premises into adjacent space at 3232 11th Street, NW to enlarge kitchen, counter area, and increase seating.  Also, change the class of license from a Class “C” Restaurant to a Class “C” Tavern.
