Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 2000 14^th Street,  N.W., 400 South Washington, DC 20009.  Petition and/or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

                                   

NATURE OF OPERATION            

A full service restaurant serving typical bistro and American cuisine such as pancakes, chicken wings, sandwiches, soups, and omelets, etc.  Capacity load is 83.  There is a Sidewalk Café with 20 seats.
