The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) announces a public hearing (Roll Call) on the Application of Jackie Lee Inc., t/a Jackie Lee Lounge, located at 116 Kennedy Street, N.W., Washington D.C., to renew its Retailer Class CN license for three years. Jackie Lee Lounge’s Renewal Application requests Hours of Operation and Hours of Alcoholic Beverage Sales for 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 p.m.to 3:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.
A protest against the Renewal Application has been filed by the Fourth District of the Metropolitan Police Department, under the authority of Commander Kimberly Chisley-Missouri.
The Roll Call hearing will be held on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at 2000 14th Street, NW, Board Hearing Room, Washington, D.C. 20009 to determine the Protestant’s standing. The Licensee and Protestants must appear at the Roll Call Hearing or risk dismissal by the Board for failure to appear.
