    ERRATA NOTICE

    The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.)), hereby gives notice of a correction to sections 1307 (Waiver of Rules) and 1399 (Definitions) of chapter 13 (Rules Implementing the Public Utilities Reimbursement Fee Act of 1980) title 15 (Public Utilities and Cable Television) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR).  The Public Service Commission amended these sections in Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 59 DCR 4230 (May 4, 2012).

     

    This errata notice corrects a punctuation error in § 1307.1.  Rather than the sentence ending with a semicolon (;) it should end with a period (.).  This errata notice will replace the semicolon (;) with a period (.)

    Additionally, this errata notice corrects the definition for “Office of the People’s Counsel” in § 1399.1.  This errata notice will add a space between “the” and “People’s.”

     

    The text of 15 DCMR §§ 1307.1 and 1399.1 are corrected in accordance with the intended text of Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 59 DCR 4230 (May 4, 2012).
