2451304 Errata Notice - correcting a punctuation error in 3 DCMR § 1009

ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.)), hereby gives notice of a correction to section 1009 (Validity of Signatures on Petitions) chapter 10 (Initiative and Referendum) of title 3 (Elections and Ethics) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR).  The Board of Elections and Ethics amended this section in Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 59 DCR 4773 (May 11, 2012).

 

This errata notice corrects a punctuation error in § 1009.12.  A period (.) is missing after the term, “filed,” in § 1009.12.  This errata notice corrects this omission.

The text of 15 DCMR § 1009.12 is corrected in accordance with the intended text of Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 59 DCR 4773 (May11, 2012).
