Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petitions and/or requests to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

                                   

NATURE OF OPERATION            

Mexican restaurant serving fresh organic tacos, quesadillas, and salads during lunch & dinner with a seating capacity of 50 for patrons and a total load of 90.  Recorded background music will be provided.  No nude performance.  Requesting a sidewalk café with 20 seats.
