Notice is hereby given that this applicant has applied for a license under the D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such license on the Hearing Date at 10:00 am, 2000 14th Street, NW, 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20009. NATURE OF OPERATION
This is a Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant license that has been in safekeeping with no location. It is being transferred to a new location with new owners. The new restaurant will be a Belgium bistro, with a sidewalk Café with 12 seats, the establishment will have a seating capacity of 160, and a total occupancy load of 280. There is an entertainment endorsement. This will also include a Brew Pub.
